2025 KTM 390 Adventure: KTM is presently developing the 390 Adventure’s next generation, and the test bike was recently spied abroad. This implies that the adventure motorcycle is currently going through its last round of testing prior to launching on sale worldwide in 2024. Although the bike will undoubtedly be introduced to the Indian market, it will take a while because it hasn’t even begun the testing phase here. In this article, we will tell you all we know about this upcoming bike.

2025 KTM 390 Adventure details

In contrast to the previous model, which has a more touring-oriented look, the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure appears to get more off-road-focused styling, according to the most recent test mule photos. Simple modifications include a thin tail section, a high-set front fender, and a new semi-fairing inspired by Dakar rally bikes. Compared to the existing model, the new 390 ADV appears thinner.

Aside from this, there are a few other features that stand out, such as the new twin-LED headlight with integrated DRL, the single-piece seat, the sporty tank shrouds, the knuckle guards, the split-style grip rails, and the appropriate metal bash plate. The new KTM 390 Duke’s instrument cluster will be directly lifted from it.

Powertrain details

The freshly built 399 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, rated for 45.3 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and 39 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm, will power the 2017 KTM 390 Adventure. Together with a new quick shifter, slipper clutch, adjustable levers, and other features, the powertrain will be mated to a 6-speed gearbox. On the motorcycle, KTM is also going to have dual-channel ABS with Supermoto mode, cornering ABS, and traction control.

Competition in India

The just-released Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, BMW G 310 GS, Yezdi Adventure, and the soon-to-be Hero Xpulse 400 are just a few of the competitors that the new KTM 390 Adventure will face in India.
