Ampere Primus launched in India, will be available for THIS price, all you need to know about this amazing electric scooter

Ampere Primus: The Primus electric scooter has been introduced by Ampere for Rs. 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom, India, except North Eastern states). Bookings have been available for this EV ever since it was initially unveiled at Auto Expo 2023.

Ampere Primus specifications

With a top speed of 77 kmph and a 0–40 kmph acceleration time of fewer than five seconds, Ampere Primus uses a 4 kW PMS motor.

Four riding modes are available on the new Primus: Eco, City, Power, and Reverse. On a full charge in Power mode, the firm asserts a genuine range of more than 100 kilometres. The Eco Mode extends the range even further.

Features

The Primus comes with a digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and notification alerts through the exclusive Ampere app. The Himalayan White, Royal Orange, Havelock Blue, and Buck Black matte colours are the four that Ampere is offering for the Primus. Also on the feature list are Bluetooth connectivity and navigation via a specific phone application.

Telescopic front forks, a rear spring, and drum brakes on both wheels are among the scooter's mechanical components. Together with a step-up seat and a single-piece pillion grabrail, the style features a tall-set headlight, front turn indicators located on the apron, and more.
