Arm Case: UP Police raids Mukhtar Ansari's son residence

Arm Case: The Metropolitan Police of the capital Lucknow on Sunday raided the government MLA residence Darulshafa number 107 of Abbas Ansari, the MLA son of Mukhtar Ansari. Inspector Mahanagar Keshav Kumar Tiwari, who was involved in the raid, told that an arrest warrant is issued against Abbas Ansari from the court.

The court has ordered the pro Abbas Ansari to present in the court by August 10. Abbas is accused of transferring the arms license to New Delhi without informing the Lucknow Police.

Apart from this, he is also accused of taking many weapons by cheating on one license. At the same time, the anticipatory bail application of Abbas Ansari has also been rejected. Now the Uttar Pradesh Police is continuously raiding to arrest them.

On 12 October 2019, Ashok Kumar Singh, in-charge of the Mahanagar police station, had filed a report that Abbas Ansari, a resident of Metro City Apartments, had taken a license for a double barrel gun in 2012. Later Abbas got his arms license transferred to the Delhi address. It has been written in the FIR that Abbas Ansari, showing himself as a famous shooter, also brough many weapons on the arms license of Delhi. It has been said in the report that Abbas, without informing the Lucknow Police and without taking permission, fraudulently got the license transferred to Delhi and took many weapons on it.

The matter was also investigated by the STF. Now the Metropolitan Police Station is lobbying the matter in the court. An arrest warrant has been issued against Abbas Ansari from the court of special ACJM Ambareesh Srivastava of MP-MLA court in Lucknow. On the previous date, Inspector Mahanagar gave a report in the court and said that arrest warrant is issued against Abbas, for compliance of which all known and possible locations of the accused are being searched. Abbas Ansari, the eldest son of former MLA and mafia Mukhtar Ansari, became MLA by winning the election from Mau Sadar seat on a SubhasP ticket, but even after becoming an MLA, Abbas's problems are not going away.
