Bajaj Chetak electric scooter: According to Stefan Pierer, CEO of KTM, the Bajaj Chetak will be released in the European market in 2024. He was speaking at a celebration honouring KTM's milestone of one million units produced in India.
If everything goes according to plan, KTM will introduce the second-generation electric Chetak in Europe in the first quarter of next year. Pierer thinks that the electric scooter would make a terrific commuter product for a market like Europe.
A new electric scooter bearing the name "Chetak," which has become a household name in India, was introduced in 2020. Its neo-retro style combines cutting-edge technology and design with traditional proportions.
A lithium-ion battery and 4.1 kW electric motor give the Chetak e-scooter a maximum range of 95 kilometres on a single charge. The battery can be recharged in 5 hours, according to Bajaj.
