Engine and Transmission

An air-cooled, 115.45cc single-cylinder engine is what powers the entry-level bike from Bajaj. With an electronic carburettor, the new BS6 motor generates a maximum torque of 9.81Nm at 5,000 rpm and 8.6PS at 7,000 rpm. A 4-speed transmission is already attached to the motor.

The Honda Shine 100 is powered by a 100cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with BS6.2 (OBD2) certification that generates 7.61PS and 8.05Nm. It has a four-speed gearbox attached to it.

Features

The Bajaj CT 110X has a number of tough features including a braced handlebar, crash guard, gaitered fork, metal belly pan, headlamp guard, rubber tank pads, flat footrest on both sides and a tail rack with an integrated pillion grab rail. The motorcycle has a twin-pod analogue instrument cluster with the fuel gauge on one and the speedometer on the other.

The analogue twin-pod console on the new Honda Shine 100 is basic yet contains features including a speedometer, warning lights, and a fuel gauge. The bike will have larger seating, telescopic front forks, alloy wheels, and a combi-brake system.

Price in India

Price ranges from Rs. 59,046 to Rs. 67,462 for the Bajaj CT 110X. There are two Bajaj CT 110X models available: Kick Start and the top-tier CT 110X Electric Start, which costs Rs. 67,462.

Price for the Honda Shine 100 starts at 64,900 rupees (ex-showroom). STD is the only variant of the Honda Shine 100 that is available.
