Bhagwant Mann Punjab Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh flagged off a bus from Jand village in the Jandiala Guru constituency, carrying elderly residents on a religious pilgrimage under the Mukh Mantri Tirath Yatra Yojana.
The minister wished the pilgrims a safe and successful journey as they departed to visit religious places under the state government’s pilgrimage initiative.
Harbhajan Singh Flags Off Pilgrimage Bus
Harbhajan Singh formally flagged off the bus from Jand village and conveyed his best wishes to the elderly residents travelling for the pilgrimage.
The initiative enables senior citizens to undertake visits to religious destinations as part of the Mukh Mantri Tirath Yatra Yojana.

Local residents honoured Harbhajan Singh during the programme and expressed their appreciation for the initiative.
According to the AAP Punjab post, villagers also thanked the Bhagwant Mann government for facilitating the pilgrimage programme for elderly residents.
Mukh Mantri Tirath Yatra Yojana
The pilgrimage programme is aimed at facilitating visits to religious sites for eligible residents of Punjab. The latest bus departure from Jand adds to the implementation of the scheme at the local level.
The event brought together local residents, elderly pilgrims and the state representative as the group began its journey.
