Bhagwant Mann-led Punjab Police Cracks Down on Jaggu Bhagwanpuria Gang; Key Member Arrested in Batala

In a major breakthrough under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the Punjab Police’s Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF), in a joint operation with Batala Police, has arrested an active member of the Jaggu Bhagwanpuria Gang.

The accused, identified as Gurlove Singh alias Love Randhawa, a resident of Batala, was apprehended with two sophisticated pistols, three magazines, and sixteen live cartridges.

Foreign Link and Criminal Background Revealed

According to preliminary investigations, the accused was acting on the directions of his foreign handler, Amrit Dalam, and has a criminal background involving cases under the Arms Act, theft, and house-breaking.

An FIR under the Arms Act has been registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Batala, and further investigation is currently underway to trace his associates and network links.

Punjab Police’s Continued War on Gangsters

The Punjab Police, led by CM Bhagwant Mann, continues to tighten its grip on organized crime across the state. The force has been actively targeting gangster networks operating from both within India and abroad.
