On the directions of the All India Congress Committee, the Congress party has decided to hold a nationwide symbolic protest in front of the entire petrol pumps on Friday against this public loot and demand an immediate withdrawal of the hike in fuel prices. The rate of petrol in the country’s financial capital Mumbai has crossed Rs 102 per liter. There are 135 districts in the country where petrol prices are running above Rs 100.

Demand to roll back the hike in prices –
