Gold Price Today: In spite of the impending global economic turmoil and the high likelihood of inflation in the coming months, India observed an increase in gold and silver sales ahead of the wedding season. Indians rushed to the market to purchase jewellery instead of coins and biscuits.
Today, the market saw a decrease in the price of gold. As a result, gold is currently trading for about 660 rupees less per 10 grams than it did at its high. While the price of silver is increasing by Rs. 300 per kg.
On Friday, silver increased by Rs 300 per kg while gold decreased by Rs 660 per 10 g. Silver has dropped to about Rs 58400 per kilogram, and gold has reached about Rs 50290 per 10 grams.
Rates for Gold and Silver on IBJA
The Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA) reports that on November 4, gold's opening price per 10 grams was Rs 50290. Silver, on the other hand, started the day at Rs 57673 per kg.
The price of gold and silver today is falling on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). Gold on the MCX increased by Rs 298 to Rs 50,308 per 10 grams. Silver, however, has increased by Rs 823 to Rs 57,967 per kg.
