Gold Rate Today: On The First Day of Navratri, Gold Prices Rose While Silver Prices Decreased.

Gold Rate Today:

The holiday season officially began today. The first day of Navratri is today. The cost of gold has increased today, the first day of Navratri. On the other hand, the cost of silver has decreased.

Today, the price of gold has increased by Rs 60, while the price of silver has increased by Rs 1016. Silver currently costs roughly Rs 55084, and gold is currently trading for around Rs 49492. Along with this, the price of gold is dropping by Rs 6700 every 10 grams, and the price of silver is roughly Rs 24800 per kilogram lower than it has ever been.

Statuses of Gold and Silver on IBJA

According to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), gold increased in price by Rs 60 per ten kilos on Monday (September 26), the opening day of current trading week, and opened at Rs 49492 per ten grams. In contrast, gold increased in price by Rs. 462 per ten grammes on Friday, the penultimate trading day, and concluded at Rs. 49432 per gram.

On the other side, silver (Silver Price Update) increased in price today by Rs. 1016 per kg from its opening price of Rs. 55084 per kg. Silver’s price decreased by Rs. 1243 on Friday’s final trading day, closing at Rs. 56100 per kg.

Rates for gold and silver on MCX

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold is currently trading with a decline, contrary to the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA). Gold has decreased in price by Rs. 49 today on the MCX, reaching a figure of Rs. 49,352. While silver is down Rs 612 in price, trading at a cost of Rs 55,621.

From all-time highs, gold 6700 and silver 24800 are becoming less expensive.

Compared to its all-time high, gold is currently selling for around Rs 6708 per 10 grammes less. August 2020 became the highest point in gold’s history. At that time, the price of gold had increased to Rs 56,200 for 10 kilos. Silver was also declining in price at a rate of roughly Rs 24896 per kilogram from its peak. Silver is now priced at Rs. 79980 per kilogram. In such a scenario, people who intend to purchase gold or silver may find that this presents a favourable time to do so.

Price of 14 to 24 carat gold

Accordingly, the current price for 10 grams of 24 carat gold is Rs. 49492, for 10 grams of 23 carat gold, Rs. 49294, for 10 kilos of 22 carat gold, Rs. 45335, for 10 grams of 18 carat gold, Rs. 37119, and for 10 grams of 14 carat gold, approx. Rs. 28953.

Conditions for gold and silver on the global market
In contrast to the Indian bullion market, gold is currently trading with a decline on the global market. In the US, gold is currently trading at $ 1,637.39 per ounce, down $6.70. Silver, on the other hand, is currently trading at a loss of $0.22 per ounce, or $ 18.56.
