Gold Rate Today: Dhanteras and Diwali are now less than a week away. Therefore, the Indian bullion market is buzzing with gold and silver customers and the market is seeing tremendous brightness. Meanwhile, the price of gold is once again declining today.
Today, gold has become cheaper at the rate of Rs. 91, although the price of silver is seeing an increase of Rs. 462. After this, gold is selling below Rs. 51000 and silver is selling around Rs 56000. Not only this, gold is getting cheaper than the all-time high of about Rs. 5800 per 10 grams and silver is cheaper than the rate of about Rs. 23800 per kg.

Gold and silver on IBJA
According to the website of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association (IBJA), on tuesday (October 18), gold price update fell by Rs 91 per ten grams to Rs 50339 per ten grams on the second day of this trading week. While on Monday, gold price also increased by Rs 8 per ten grams to close at Rs 50430 per 10 grams.
At the same time, silver price update increased by Rs. 462 per kg to Rs. 56105 per kg. On Monday, silver had lost Rs. 399 to close at Rs. 55,643 per kg.

Gold and Silver Rates on MCX
Unlike the Indian Bullion Jewellers Association (IBJA), gold is trading higher and silver higher on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) today. Today, gold has become expensive at Rs. 50,477 on MCX. While silver is trading at a level of Rs 56,550 with an increase of Rs. 243.
Gold and silver prices in the international market
Unlike the Indian bullion market, gold and silver are trading higher in the international market today. In the US, gold is trading at $ 1,656.46 an ounce, up $ 5.76. At the same time, silver is trading at $ 18.80 an ounce, up $ 0.14.
