On the MCX, gold futures with a maturity date of August 4, 2023 were trading at Rs 58,481 per 10 grammes, up barely Rs 174 or 0.30 percent. Similar to gold, which rose Rs 895 or 1.30 percent, silver futures, which mature on July 5, 2023, rose and were trading at Rs 69,999 per kg on the MCX.
