Gold Rate Today: Prices of precious metals on a downward slide, check current rates in your city here

Gold Rate Today: After registering a slight decline of Rs 134 or 0.22 percent, gold futures with a maturity date of June 5, 2023, were at Rs 60,245 per 10 grammes. The previous close was 60,379 rupees. In a similar vein, silver futures with a delivery date of July 5, 2023, fell by Rs 568 (0.83 percent) and were trading at Rs 72,652 per kg on the MCX, down from Rs 73,321 at the previous close.

Gold Rate Today: What’s up on MCX?

Gold futures on the MCX were trading at Rs 60,810 per 10 grammes, down Rs 170 or 0.28 percent, with a maturity date of June 5, 2023. Silver futures with a maturity date of May 5, 2023 declined in price, trading at Rs 76,225 per kg on the MCX, similar to how gold fell by Rs 191 or 0.25 percent.

Multi Commodity Exchange of India is the full form of MCX. It is an autonomous body for commodity exchange in India. It offers to trade in bullion, energy and agricultural commodities apart from non-ferrous metals.

This is an exchange for commodities like the BSE is for stocks and shares. The MCX sells the products in bulk.

The price of gold has decreased today compared to yesterday, according to IBJA. The price of gold has decreased from Rs 60251.00 per 10 kilos to Rs 59715.00 per 10 grammes today. The cost of silver, on the other hand, silver is decreased from Rs 72173.00 per kg. to Rs 71700.00 per kg.
