Samsung vs Apple

Samsung vs Apple: The introduction of the iPhone 16 series at Apple's Glowtime event generated a lot of buzz among competitors as well as among tech fans. Along with the latest versions of the Apple Watch and AirPods, Apple introduced its most recent array of smartphones, which includes the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. The real drama started, though, when Samsung—Apple's main rival—started making fun of the new launch on social media.

Samsung’s 'Let Us Know It When It Folds' Jibe at Apple iPhone 16 Series Launch

As the iPhone 16 series was being revealed to the world, Samsung, known for its innovative foldable devices, couldn’t resist revisiting an old jibe. On September 7, 2022, during Apple's previous event, Samsung US had tweeted, "Let us know it when it folds," poking fun at Apple's smartphone design. Now, with Apple's latest Glowtime event, Samsung retweeted that 2022 post, adding the remark, "Still waiting..." to mock Apple for still not venturing into the foldable technology space.

There is a history of teasing between Samsung and Apple, and this instance is no exception. Apple continues to focus on improving other areas of its devices, while Samsung has been leading the way in folding technology with its well-liked Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5, which is frequently praised as one of the most advanced foldable smartphones available.

AI Expectations Too High? Samsung Jabs Apple Again

Samsung didn’t stop with its foldable jibe. In another playful post, it took aim at Apple's focus on AI. Samsung tweeted, “You know... we may have set your AI expectations too high.” This was clearly aimed at Apple's announcement of the iPhone 16 series being their first AI-enabled smartphone lineup, dubbed "Apple Intelligence."
