Petrol And Diesel Price Update [August 4,2023]: The instances of increasing the price of crude oil in the international market continues. Since a long time , there is a increase in the price of crude oil, Brent crude oil is trading above $ 85 and WTI crude oil is trading above $ 80 per barrel. Talking about today, on Friday, WTI Crude Oil is registering an increase of 0.28 percent and it is around $ 81.78 per barrel. At the same time, an increase of 0.21 percent is being recorded in the price of Brent Crude Oil and it is at $ 85.32 per barrel. After this increase, today there has been a change in the price of petrol and diesel in many cities of India.
Price of petrol and diesel in the four metro cities:
- New Delhi – Petrol Rs 96.72 a litre, Diesel Rs 89.62 a liter
- Mumbai- Petrol Rs 106.31, diesel Rs 94.27 a liter
- Chennai- Petrol Rs 102.73, diesel Rs 94.33 a liter
- Kolkata- Petrol Rs 106.03, diesel Rs 92.76 per liter
In which cities the fuel rates have changed:
Ajmer – Petrol is costlier by 34 paise and is available at Rs 108.88, diesel by 39 paise at Rs 94.08.
Udaipur – Petrol is available 4 paise cheaper at Rs 109.27, diesel 4 paise cheaper at Rs 94.44 a litre.
Kanpur- Petrol is getting cheaper by 32 paise at Rs 96.27, diesel by 32 paise cheaper at Rs 89.45 a litre.
Varanasi- Petrol is getting cheaper by 33 paise at Rs 96.56, diesel by 32 paise cheaper at Rs 89.76 a litre.
Pune- Petrol is costlier by 37 paise at Rs 106.22, diesel is costlier by 36 paise and is available at Rs 92.73 a litre.
