Petrol and Diesel Prices Update: Oil companies have announced the prices of petrol and diesel for Sunday, December 10. On the international level, crude oil was more than 1% costlier on the last trading day, which was Friday. Providing relief to consumers, oil companies have once again maintained stable prices at the national level today.
However, some cities are experiencing changes in fuel prices due to revisions.
Fuel Rate In Major Cities:
According to IOCL, in the capital city Delhi, the price of one liter of petrol stands at ₹96.72, while diesel is priced at ₹89.62 per liter. Moving to the economic capital Mumbai, petrol is priced at ₹106.31 per liter, and diesel at ₹94.27 per liter. In Chennai, petrol costs ₹102.63 per liter, and diesel is priced at ₹94.24 per liter. Kolkata sees petrol at ₹106.03 per liter and diesel at ₹92.76 per liter.
How To Check Petrol and Diesel Prices Update:
To check fuel prices in your city through SMS, state governments apply Value Added Tax (VAT) based on their calculations, resulting in varying fuel prices.
