Sula Vineyards IPO opens today

Today's key markets will see Sula Vineyards' initial public offering (IPO). Bidding on the public issue will be accepted through December 14, 2022. The largest wine producer and retailer in India hopes to raise 960.35 crore from its public offering, which is entirely an OFS (offer for sale). The public issue's fixed price range, set by the firm, is between 340 and 357 per share.

In the meantime, the grey market is sending out encouraging signs about the public offering ahead of the Sula Vineyards IPO subscription opening date. Market watchers claim that shares of Sula Vineyards Ltd. are currently trading on the black market for a premium of 34.

Air India nears historic order to buy 500 aircraft worth billions

As it embarks on an ambitious revival under the Tata Group conglomerate, Air India is close to placing historic orders for as many as 500 jetliners worth tens of billions of dollars from both Airbus and Boeing, according to industry sources on Sunday.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity as the final touches are being put on the massive deal in the coming days, they stated that the orders include as many as 400 narrow-body jets and 100 or more wide-bodies, including dozens of Airbus A350s and Boeing 787s and 777s.

Stock Market Today: Myntra onboards 1.3 lakh first-time shoppers

On the opening day of its renowned End of Reason Sale, fashion e-tailor Myntra reported 1.3 lakh first-time buyers from non-metros (EORS). According to the business, Jaipur, Lucknow, and Patna customers place the most valuable orders.
