Top 5 stocks of the day: Among the top Nifty gainers are Adani Enterprises, Cipla, Divis Labs, Hindalco, and Adani Ports; losers include HCL Technologies, Wipro, Apollo Hospitals, Tata Motors, and Britannia. The BSE Smallcap and Midcap indices are up today. The pharmaceutical index increased by 1% among sectors, although selling was observed in the oil and gas and information technology companies.

Benchmark indices ended the day on November 24 with declines, continuing the losing streak into the second session following a turbulent day. The largest losers were IT companies, with buying observed in metal and pharmaceutical stocks.The Nifty down 7.30 points, or 0.04 percent, at 19,794.70, while the Sensex finished down 47.77 points, or 0.07 percent, at 65,970.04. Market size benefitted the losers. A little over 1,721 shares rose, 1,849 shares fell, and 114 shares remained unchanged.

Flair Writing Industries have been booked 8.6 times

On the final day of bidding, November 24, bids for 12.39 crore shares against an issue size of 1.44 crore have been booked 8.6 times for Flair Writing Industries’ Rs 593-crore public offering. Allotted quotas were purchased by eligible institutional purchasers 1.39 times, retail investors 9.12 times, and non-institutional investors 17 times.
