Sensex and NSE Nifty50

The Nifty was up 111.00 points, or 0.49 percent, at 22,753.80 at the closing, while the Sensex was up 354.45 points, or 0.47 percent, at 75,038.15. A little over 1761 shares rose, 1617 shares fell, and 81 shares were unchanged. On April 10, Indian benchmark indices concluded the day stronger, with Nifty setting a new record high.

The US dollar was weak and domestic stocks reached all-time highs on Wednesday, which helped the Indian rupee gain 0.15%. The Rupee was also helped by a drop in the price of crude oil. The last few sessions saw a decrease in crude oil prices due to rumours that Israel has withdrawn its soldiers from Southern Gaza, thereby reducing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. US Dollar fell as investors reduced their holdings ahead of inflation data, but the decline was mitigated by hawkish remarks from Fed members.
