Sunteck Realty signs exclusive lease deal with Upgrad
Upgrad Education has a 29-year lease on 2 lakh built-up square feet of Sunteck Realty's upscale commercial building Sunteck BKC51.
Upgrade will begin paying monthly starting rent based on carpet area that is roughly Rs 300 per square foot. Over the course of the lease, the project will produce close to Rs 2,000 crore in total revenue.
