Top 5 stocks of the day: Eicher Motors, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, Britannia, Hero MotoCorp are the top gainers on the Nifty 50 index so far, with Eicher Motors up 6.4%. BPCL, Divi's Lab, Hindalco, Power Grid and NTPC are the top losers on the Nifty 50 index. This week's headline indices rose. The Sensex gained 1.59% in a week, while the Nifty gained 1.36%. The indices finished last week fairly flat and mixed in trade. The S&P BSE Sensex was down 0.10%, while the NSE Nifty 50 Index was up 0.02%.

Top 5 stocks of the day: BSE jumps 3% post solid Q4 results

BSE Ltd shares rose 3% in early trade on strong fourth-quarter results. On May 11, the BSE announced Q4 results, including a 24% increase in net profit to Rs 88.61 crore for the three months ending March. The exchange reported a net profit of Rs 71.52 crore in the previous fiscal's same quarter, according to a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The bourse's net profit fell 16% to Rs 205.65 crore in 2022-23, from Rs 244.93 crore the previous year. However, its operating revenue increased 10% to Rs 815.53 crore in FY23. In the previous year, the figure was Rs 743.15 crore.

Caplin Point gets final US FDA ANDA nod for Ketorolac Tromethamine injection

Caplin Steriles, a subsidiary of Caplin Point Laboratories, announced in an exchange filing that the United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) has granted final approval for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) Ketorolac Tromethamine Injection USP, 15 mg/mL and 30 mg/mL Single-dose Vial, a generic therapeutic equivalent version of (RLD), TORADOL injection of Roche.

Injection of Ketorolac Tromethamine USP is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication used to treat moderately severe acute pain in the short term.

Top 5 stocks of the day: Max Healthcare rallies on inclusion in MSCI India Standard Index

As part of the May 2023 rejig, Morgan Stanley Capital International has announced the addition of Max Healthcare, Hindustan Aeronautics, and Sona BLW Precision to its India Standard Index.According to preliminary projections by Nuvama Alternative & Quantitative Research, this might result in a $295 million influx for Max Healthcare, a $195 million inflow for HAL, and a $175 million inflow for Sona BLW.
