Top 5 stocks of the day: From HDFC Life to Titan Company, here are the top gainers today

Top 5 stocks of the day: HDFC Life, SBI Life Insurance, Bajaj Finserv, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and Titan Company were the top gainers. Wipro, Bajaj Auto, TCS, BPCL, and ONGC were the top losers. PSU Bank and capital goods indexes both increased by 1%, while those for FMCG and healthcare increased by 0.5 % apiece. Nevertheless, the information technology index fell by 0.38 percent. Both the BSE midcap and smallcap indices increased by 0.7 percent.

Top 5 stocks of the day: Sensex and NSE Nifty50

The Nifty closed above 18,800 on June 16, as benchmark indices did as well. The Nifty was up 137.90 points or 0.74% at 18,826, and the Sensex was up 466.95 points or 0.74% at 63,384.58 at the time of closure. 2050 shares increased, 1388 shares decreased, and 116 shares remained constant.

Nykaa spikes 5% as company upbeat on newly launched product lines

In late trading on the BSE, shares of FSN E-Commerce Ventures, which runs Nykaa, soared 5% to Rs 144.85 after the business spoke extensively about emerging growth markets on its investor day.

The business said that it has been attempting to make money off of its innerwear product line Nykd, which is showing potential. The product has generated Rs 85 crore in revenue annually in just two years of operation and has a positive EBITDA.
