Top 5 stocks of the day: The top Nifty gainers include Reliance Industries, Tata Steel, JSW Steel, HDFC Life, and Bharti Airtel, while losers include HCL Technologies, Titan Company, Power Grid Corporation, TCS, and HUL. All other sectoral indices finished in the negative, with the exception of metal (up 1.8%). Smallcap index on the BSE fell 0.25 percent, while the midcap index fell 0.45 percent.

In the chaotic session on July 10, benchmark indices saw minor increases. The Nifty was up 24.10 points or 0.12% at 19,355.90 at closure, and the Sensex was up 63.72 points or 0.10% at 65,344.17. 2123 shares fell, 1454 shares rose, and 144 shares remained unchanged.

PFC subsidiary incorporates SPV

For the transmission projects in Uttar Pradesh, PFC Consulting (PFCCL), a subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation, has established a special purpose vehicle (SPV) called Jewar Transmission.

The successful bidder chosen through an international competitive bidding process must be transferred under tariff-based competitive bidding guidelines for transmission service issued by the Ministry of Power to the SPV, which will undertake various preparatory activities of the transmission projects.
