Top 5 Stocks Of The Day: The Nifty’s biggest gainers are Bharti Airtel, UPL, Bajaj Finance, HDFC Life, and Adani Enterprises, while the lossers are BPCL, M&M, Tata Motors, Coal India, and L&T. Oil and gas, auto, capital goods, and healthcare all saw losses of 1-2 percent at the end of the sectoral indices, with the exception of telecom, which saw a 1 percent gain. The BSE Midcap index saw a 0.5% decrease, but the Smallcap index finished higher.

Sensex and NSE Nifty50
The Nifty was down 123.40 points, or 0.56 percent, at 22,023.30, and the Sensex was down 453.85 points, or 0.62 percent, at 72,643.43 at the closing. A little over 1724 shares rose, 1939 shares fell, and 113 shares remained unchanged. Indian benchmark indices erased session losses and concluded with a decline, with Nifty closing at about 22,000.
Once again, the Nifty closed below the rising trendline, which reverted the market’s attitude back to negativity. The momentum indicator points to short-term bearish momentum. The 50DMA, which is presently at 21,900, provides immediate support and is anticipated to sustain the Nifty.
