Top 5 stocks of the day: Today's top Nifty gainers are HCLTech, TCS, Infosys, SBIN and Tata Steel. For the second day in a row, the Sensex and Nifty reached all-time highs on Friday as they tracked the global market rally that was sparked by the Fed. With 1% increases, the Nifty Metal and IT sectors were the top sectoral gainers.

The Nifty was up 274.00 points, or 1.29 percent, at 21,456.70 at the close, while the Sensex was up 969.55 points, or 1.37 percent, at 71,483.75. 1,473 shares fell, 1,796 shares increased, and 87 shares remained unchanged.

LTIMindtree is expanding

The IT services provider LTIMindtree has opened a new delivery centre in Mexico City as part of its strategy to increase its footprint in the region. The delivery centre, which opened on December 14, will help LTIMindtree localise and transform its workforce in the Americas. As of Q2, Latin America accounted for 12.5% of the company's total revenue, falling under the 'Rest of the World' geography.
