The price of gold futures with a maturity date of April 5, 2023, stood at Rs 56,191 for 10 grammes, registering a slight decline of Rs 77 or 0.14 percent. The previous close was 56,213, according to the records.

Lumax Auto shares zoom on plans to acquire 75% stake in IAC International
As investors applauded the company's plan to buy a 75% stake in interior systems and component supplier IAC International, shares of Lumax Auto Technologies were trading nearly 6% higher in the afternoon trade.
The stake will be sold by IACNA Mauritius Ltd to Lumax Auto for Rs 587 crore, and the transaction is anticipated to close in March 2023. IAC Global will own the final 25% of the equity.
