He stated that Uttar Pradesh now ranks number one in the country in key sectors such as women’s safety, ease of doing business, MSMEs, Jan Dhan, Swanidhi, and Atal Pension Yojana. These achievements, he said, reflect the state’s transformation into a hub of opportunities and balanced growth.
CM Yogi emphasized that the youth of Uttar Pradesh today no longer face an identity crisis. “Our youth are self-reliant, empowered, and leading the state towards a prosperous future,” he said.
Highlighting the government’s commitment to inclusive growth, he added that the vision of ‘Yuva Sashakt – Uttar Pradesh Samarth – Bharat Samriddh’ (Empowered Youth, Strong UP, Prosperous India) is becoming a reality through sustained reforms, infrastructure expansion, and social welfare initiatives.

The Chief Minister noted that the state’s focus on industrialization, innovation, and investment-friendly policies has made Uttar Pradesh one of the most preferred destinations for domestic and global investors. The success of the Global Investors Summit and the growing presence of MSMEs reflect the state’s strengthening economic base.
He further said that initiatives such as Mission Shakti, One District One Product (ODOP), and PM SVANidhi have empowered women and small entrepreneurs, ensuring that economic progress reaches every household. The emphasis on skill development and startup support is enabling the youth to build careers and businesses within their home state, reducing migration and promoting local employment.
“Under PM Modi’s guidance, the state has overcome challenges that once hindered its progress,” CM Yogi remarked. “Today, Uttar Pradesh stands as a model of good governance, security, and self-reliance — where every citizen is contributing to building a stronger India.”
