Officials from various departments attended the programme to register complaints on the spot and begin the process of resolution. Several applicants seeking medical treatment assistance, financial help and solutions to local disputes were assured of government support.
The Janata Darshan initiative has become a regular platform for citizens to directly approach the chief minister with their concerns. Through such programmes, the state government aims to strengthen public trust and ensure that governance remains people-centric and accountable.
