Commonwealth Games 2022 : Today (August 6) is the 9th day of the 22nd Commonwealth Games being played in Birmingham, England. India won six medals on the 8th day, which came in wrestling. During this, Indian wrestlers won three gold, one silver and two bronze medals. Till now India has won 26 medals including 9 gold.
For India today, on the 9th day, a total of 24 medals will be at stake. Of these, the maximum 9 medals are expected to come in wrestling. However, for this, all Indian wrestlers will have to go through the qualifying round. Vinesh Phogat will also be seen showing her strength among the wrestlers. Whereas badminton star PV Sindhu also has a match today. The Indian women’s cricket team will also play the semi-final against England.
