Condolences pour in after demise of sporting icon Milkha Singh

Milkha Singh, popularly known as Flying Sikh has passed away. Bollywood celebrities, politicians, sportsmen have expressed grief over the death of Milkha Singh.

Prime Minister Narendra tweeted, "We have lost a great player. Milkha Singh had a special place in the hearts of Indians. He inspired people with his personality. I am deeply saddened by his demise."

President Ram Nath Kovind condolenced on the death of Milkha Singh by tweeting "filled with grief after hearing the news of Milkha Singh's death. He says that the story of Milkha Singh's struggle in life and strength of character will continue to inspire generations of Indians".
