Covid Update: 13,405 new cases have been reported

In the last 24 hours, 13,405 new cases have been registered in the country. Today’s new cases are 16.5 percent less than the previous day. Also, 235 deaths have been registered in the country in 24 hours. After this, the total number of deaths in the country has increased to 5,12,344. Along with this, there is a steady decline in active cases in the country. Active cases in the country have come down to 1,81,075. During the last 24 hours, 34,226 people have also been cured in the country. If we talk about the statistics of vaccination, according to the latest update, 35,50,868 vaccine doses were given in the last 24 hours and till now a total of 1,75,83,27,441 doses have been given in the country.

With the number of corona cases decreasing in the country, the Election Commission has given concession in the matter of road shows and rallies in the states having assembly elections. Now with the permission of the district administration, rallies and road shows can be organized with full capacity.

According to the news agencies, with the arrival of 1,080 new cases of Covid-19 in Maharashtra on Tuesday, the total number of infected people increased to 78,60,317 while the death toll increased to 1,43,633 due to the death of 47 more patients. The state health department gave this information in a bulletin. Earlier on Monday, 806 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in the state, while four patients died.

According to ANI, 498 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Delhi on Tuesday and one more person died due to the epidemic. With this, the infection rate in the national capital stood at 0.96 percent. The Health Department gave this information in a bulletin.
