DDA New Rule: If you dream of getting a flat in Delhi, then Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is giving a great opportunity.
The Delhi Development Authority has given a big relief to the home buyers by changing the rules. Under this, families with annual income of Rs 10 lakh or less will also be able to take EWS flat of DDA. In a statement issued by the authority, it was said that the rule of income up to Rs 3 lakh for the purchase of EWS flat will no longer be applicable. Now families with annual income below Rs 10 lakh can also buy it.
The change in the rules was approved during the board meeting of the DDA held under the chairmanship of Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena on Wednesday.
After this, the DDA shared the information by issuing a statement. A senior DDA official said that in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of ‘housing for all’, the DDA has now decided to make the allocation of houses under the EWS category much easier.
Applicants can apply online for EWS flat under DDA Housing Scheme. In the financial year 2020-21, the Delhi Government had started the DDA Online Housing Scheme. For this, the candidates who want to get different categories of flats under the DDA Housing Scheme can make online flat booking at eservices.dda.org.in.
Complete the process in few steps –
Visit the official website of DDA and click on the Registration option.
On the opening of the registration form, fill other details including name, date of birth, PAN card, mobile number.
Before submitting, check the entered information thoroughly.
User ID and Password will be sent to the mobile number entered by you.
Login with the help of this and fill the requested information by opening the registration form.
Now the application fee has to be paid by uploading the signature and photo.
After depositing the application fee, the receipt will appear on the screen, take a printout of it.
