Earthquake of magnitude 6.1 strikes southern Iran, 3 dead

Earthquake tremors have been felt in at least four countries of the world on Saturday. According to the information, there has been a strong earthquake in Iran, Qatar, China and the United Arab Emirates.

According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the magnitude of the earthquake in the southern part of Iran was recorded at 6.1 on the Richter scale.

According to Iran’s local TV channel, at least 3 people have died and 8 people have been injured due to the earthquake in the southern part of the country. An earthquake has also hit the city of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

It is being told that two major tremors of earthquake were felt in Iran, UAE and Qatar in the morning. Many people have also died in Iran due to this.

At the same time, the National Center for Seismology said that earthquake tremors have been felt in Xinjiang province of China. The earth shook here at 3:30 in the night. The magnitude of the earthquake was recorded at 4.3 on the Richter scale.

Its depth has been up to 10 kilometers. Talking about Iran, there was an earthquake here on the 25th as well. A 5.6-magnitude earthquake was felt in the southern province here on Saturday, killing at least one person and injuring more than 30. Iranian media had given this information.
