5 American Cars: American cars are known for their larger size, affordable luxury, and ease of replacing parts. The Indian car market has been booming as well in the last few years. Now, cars are not just a way of transportation but are a lot more. In India, you can get your hands on cars from almost every brand, but there are still a few brands that do not sell their cars in the country. You can still get those cars, but then you will have to pay a huge import duty, and not everyone can do that. In this article, we will tell you about five cars that Indians love but are very hard to get in India.

1. Ford Mustang
Ford Mustang was available in India after Ford released it in the domestic market back in 2016, but as Ford has terminated operations here in India, Indians now cannot buy this beast. The car can still be imported, but you know the drill.
2. Willys MB Jeep
First constructed for the military between 1941 and 1945, the Willys MB Jeep was introduced into service. In addition, it was the first four-wheel-drive vehicle manufactured in large quantities for public use.
2. Dodge Charger
There are five seats available in the spacious Dodge Charger. It sports full-width tail lamps and a fastback roof style. There are numerous safety measures on the Charger. In 1966, the Dodge Charger’s first generation went into production. Very rare in India.
3. Hummer
SUVs and pickup trucks are sold under the Hummer name. AM General introduced the M998 Humvee to the public in 1992. After being phased out in 2010, the Hummer brand made a comeback in 2020 as a GMC subsidiary. We hardly see these on Indian roads now.
5. Tesla
Tesla is an electric car company that also makes energy-related products like solar roof panels and energy storage systems. Tesla is expected to launch two cars in India: the Model 3 and the Model S. The company is in talks with the government and a few test mules have been spotted on the Indian roads. Indians will soon be able to get their hands on these.
