GAC Gove: The GOVE flying car idea, which stands for "GAC, On the Go, Vertical Flight and Electric Vehicle (EV)," was recently unveiled by the Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC Group).

The GOVE can land on a four-wheel landing pad for taxiing or shorter flights. The car functions like a typical electric car when docked, despite the fact that it only has a single seat and has some weird devices on top that would make me uncomfortable passing a higher car. Read on to know more about this amazing electric vehicle.

GAC Gove details

GOVE's maximum takeoff weight is 500 kg, and it can carry passengers weighing up to 90 kg at an altitude of up to 120 metres. Per charge, a flight can last up to 25 minutes.

How does it work?

When going on public roads, the company's ADiGO autonomous driving system transforms the chassis into a fully automated mobile takeoff and landing station.

When it's time to take to the skies, the drone is detachable from the chassis, and the multi-object recognition technology and flight control system of the manufacturer allow GOVE to fly steadily and at great altitudes. At this stage, the chassis can be remotely controlled and directed to a charging station to be refilled; this also enables users to share numerous units among themselves.

And finally, the flight cabin may be precisely positioned and docked with the chassis during an air-to-ground docking situation. The GOVE is equipped with a dual-backup multi-rotor power system for redundancy, ensuring that the flight cabin can continue to fly as planned even if one of the power units experiences a problem while in flight.
