Ghaziabad Police Launches Online Case Monitoring Portal

The police have delivered 5,631 FIRs to citizens and received 56,231 feedbacks till November 16. They have taken action on 39 negative feedbacks received.

The Ghaziabad police on Monday launched its “Commissionerate Courts Monitoring System” (CCMS) portal to help litigants monitor progress of their cases being held at the executive courts, and senior officials in better monitoring and supervision.

What is CCMS Portal?


The CCMS portal allows litigants to track the status of their cases and hearing dates by visiting the website https://ccms.ghaziabadpolice.com/. This portal is part of the police’s effort to provide citizen-centric policing, making it easier for people to stay updated on their cases.

Features of CCMS Portal

– Allows litigants to track case status and hearing dates

– Enables senior officials to monitor cases and take corrective action

– Helps gather information about fake guarantors

– Currently doesn’t provide order sheets of final order copies, but plans to add more features

Executive Courts and Cases Handled


The executive courts in Ghaziabad handle cases under various sections, including:

– Preventive measures (Section 126)

– Bonds against habitual offenders (Section 129)

– Disputes likely to breach peace (Section 164)

– Arrests to prevent cognizable offense (Section 170)

Citizen-Centric Policing Initiatives
The Ghaziabad police have launched several initiatives aimed at citizen-centric policing, including:

– Doorstep delivery of FIRs

– ‘Vaadi Samvad Diwas’ to hear complaints against investigation

– Feedback cell to receive and address feedback
