11 Patients of Corona succumbed to death due to lack of oxygen in government hospital in Tirupati

Continuation of deaths due to corona virus is going on all over the country. In this too many patients are going to death due to lack of oxygen. One such painful incident has come to light in a government hospital in Tirupati. Here 11 corona patients died.

It was revealed that there was a hindrance in the supply of oxygen in the ICU. Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has expressed grief over this incident and has ordered a strict investigation.

According to the information, at least 11 Covid-19 patients died due to a problem in oxygen supply inside the ICU at the Government Ruia Hospital here late on Monday. Chittoor District Magistrate M Hari Narayanan gave this information.

Hari Narayanan said, "The supply of oxygen was restored within five minutes and everything is back to normal now. Because of this, we were able to prevent the death of more patients."

About 30 doctors were immediately sent to the ICU to supervise the patients. The District Magistrate said that there is no shortage of oxygen in the hospital and adequate supplies are being made.

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed grief over the incident. He spoke to the district collector and directed that a detailed investigation into the incident be done. Jagan directed the officials to ensure that such incidents do not recur.
