Do these 3 Yoga Asanas on the bed
Dhanurasana- Bow Pose
Dhanurasana can be done easily on the bed. To do this, lie down on your stomach on the bed. Now bring both the feet towards your head and lift the head towards the feet. Grab the ankles with your hands and keep the body in the shape of a bow. Stay in this position for some time.
Benefit- It helps in improving digestion power and strengthens the spine.
Setubandhasana- Bridge Pose
First of all, lie down on your back on the bed and place your hands on the ground by the side of your body. After this, keep the soles on the ground while bending both the knees and bring the ankles near the hip. Now lift the hips and waist up towards the sky and try to touch the chin to the chest. Stay in this position for some time.
Balasana- Child Pose
Balasana is the third asana performed on the bed. It is also called Shishu Aasan. To do this, get down on your knees and then put your forehead on the bed in front of you. Keep your hands spread forward. Try to stay in this position for some time.
