50 students of Lucknow University were found corona positive, examinations postponed from January 15 to 31

Lucknow University has issued a notification on Thursday informing about the postponement of all the examinations to be held in the month of January. In the new order, the university has said that “Students of Lucknow University and affiliated colleges are hereby informed that in view of the increasing COVID-19 cases in the university, all examinations scheduled between January 15 and January 31 are being postponed.” The new dates of examinations will be announced soon on www.lkouniv.ac.in. Actually, this decision has been taken after 50 students of Lucknow University were found corona infected.

Earlier, an order was issued by Lucknow University asking students to vacate the hostel. In this order issued by Lucknow University, it was said that the undergraduate and postgraduate students of the first semester should vacate the hostel and return home.

As Some university students have been infected with corona, while many students have symptoms of corona such as cold, cough and fever.

In view of this situation, this decision has been taken by Lucknow University. Apart from this, the university had also talked about starting free covid testing and covid vaccination camps in the campus of colleges for the benefit of students, teaching and non-teaching staff.
