Agra’s Paras Hospital case: What is the truth of 22 patients suffocating, read the whole story here

The video of Paras Hospital in Agra district of Uttar Pradesh is going viral. In which the operators of the hospital are telling that on April 26, at seven o’clock in the morning, a mock drill was done to turn off the oxygen. 22 patients died in the mock drill. 74 patients survived whose oxygen cylinders were ordered from their relatives. In this matter, District Magistrate PN Singh says that a judicial inquiry will be conducted into the matter.

At the time when the corona infection was going on peak in Agra. At that time 96 patients were admitted in Paras Hospital in Agra. 22 patients were reduced after this alleged mock drill. At that time most of the deaths also took place in this hospital. The time of mock drill is being told at 7 am.

A video of Dr Arinjay Singh, owner of Paras Hospital, has gone viral in which he is heard saying something like this. The matter is of that time when there was a severe shortage of oxygen in April. In the viral video, Dr Arinjay Singh is telling that 96 patients of Corona were admitted in his hospital that day. Due to the lack of oxygen, he told the attendants that he could take his patients elsewhere, but since there was no oxygen anywhere, no one was ready to shift their patient. After this, Dr Arinjay explains that if the patients were more and oxygen was less then how did they manage the oxygen.

Here is the text of their conversation in the viral video:

Dr. Arinjay: “Whoever remains the pendulum will not go, will not go. I said no one is going. Do not leave your mind Now sort out those whose (oxygen) can be turned off.”

The man sitting in front of the doctor: “Who is absolutely on the dead line.”

Dr. Arinjay: “Keep a trial. Do a mock drill and see which one will die, which one will not?’

The person sitting in front of Dr: “It’s right, it’s right.”

Dr. Arinjay: “Carry mock drill..Mock drill took place at 7 in the morning. No one knows who got the mock drill done. After listening to everyone, 22 patients got separated. started turning blue. “

The person sitting in front of the doctor: “22 patients got separated, brother?”

Dr. Arinjay: “22 patients were screened that they would die.”

The person sitting in front of the Dr: “Oh brother, for how long did you do the mock drill?”

Dr. Arinjay: “For five minutes.”

The person sitting in front of the doctor: “22 patients in five minutes? Mock drills were done.”

Dr. Arinjay: “Starting to turn blue, 74 left, they will get time.”

The person sitting in front of Dr: “That’s right.”

Dr. Arinjay: “Then told 74 to bring your cylinder.”

After the video went viral, when the media asked Dr Arinjay Jain, the owner of Paras Hospital, he said that the oxygen of a patient was not stopped but due to the shortage of oxygen, oxygen flow meter was used to better manage it. Checked which patient needed how much oxygen. For this, different categories of patients were created. Agra DM Prabhu Narayan Singh says that to know the truth of the viral video, it will be investigated.

The most serious thing in this whole episode is that part of Dr. Arinjay’s conversation in which he talks about doing mock drills with Corona patients for 5 minutes and also says that 22 patients have been spared. Those patients started turning blue. It is known that they will die. The patient’s oxygen pressure is shown by his flow meter. Which mock drill was done for that? and why? He didn’t tell this. He did not even tell what was done in that mock drill that caused 22 patients to turn blue.
