The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has highlighted another beneficiary of the Punjab government’s healthcare initiatives, stating that a resident named Muhammad Zulfikar received free medical treatment under the state’s health insurance programme after suffering a serious knee injury.

According to the party, Zulfikar sustained a ligament injury in his knee after falling from a motorcycle. The injury required medical attention and treatment, but financial constraints reportedly made it difficult for him to afford the necessary healthcare services.

AAP stated that assistance was provided through the Punjab government’s health card programme, enabling him to undergo treatment without incurring medical expenses.
