Celery
This vegetable makes your blood thinner. If you are already taking any medicine to make your blood thinner and you eat this vegetable after this, then it can create bleeding and hemorrhage. You should abstain from drinking its juice also. It can cause ischemic stroke.
Tomato Soup
You should avoid taking tomato soups available in aluminium pouches and also tomato puree used in making gravy or pasta. Basically, tomatoes are acidic by nature. Due to this, they react with the aluminium walls of the packing and increase the risk of stroke.
Raw Spinach
Avoid eating raw spinach in the form of salad, as it can make your blood thick and sticky. Those who eat raw spinach increase the risks of getting stroke by 67% more than those who do not eat it. In addition, oxalate present in it is also dangerous for health. You should always eat this vegetable in cooked form.
White Potato
The glycemic index of this vegetable is 85 which is more than sugar’s glycemic index which is 65. This increases glucose level in the blood, which increases the chances of diabetic stroke in the body. If you already have heart problem, then chances of stroke increases.
Aachar Vegetables
These vegetable may contain 1200 milligram sodium which suppress the effects of blood pressure medicines. If you eat these vegetables three times a week, you increase the chances of getting stroke.
