Corona Vaccination: Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya will hold a meeting with the states tomorrow regarding the status of vaccination in the country

To increase the rate of vaccination in the country, the central government has recently started the Har Ghar Dastak campaign. To review this special campaign, the central government will hold a meeting with the states on Thursday. Union Health Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya has called this meeting of health ministers of state and union territories regarding vaccine coverage. This meeting will be held at 10 am on Thursday.

The Central Government will review in this meeting what is the status of Har Ghar Dastak Abhiyan across the country. Under the Har Ghar Dastak campaign, people are being provided vaccine at home. Recently, this campaign was started by the central government. The campaign was started because a large number of people have not received the second dose of corona. That is why they are being provided the corona vaccine at home.

In view of the slowdown in the pace of corona vaccination, the central government had announced last month that the door-to-door vaccination program would be started from the beginning of November. Under this campaign, earlier it was said to focus on those districts, where vaccination has decreased. This campaign was named ‘Har Ghar Dastak’. Its purpose is to motivate people to get fully vaccinated to protect against the deadly virus.
