What Three Things Should You Not Avoid To Stay Healthy During Elderly Age?

Sleep Deprivation

You should sleep adequately—spending 7-8 hours daily for it. Remember that sleep is very important not for your health but also for your brain cells. This will help you prevent brain cells from dying, and degenerating, allow your brain cells to function properly, and boost your memory. You must go to bed by 10 pm and get up next day early in the morning at 5 am.

Skipping Breakfast

Do not skip your breakfast however busy you may be. Do not go to your working place on an empty stomach nor send your children to schools and colleges without taking breakfast. Skipping breakfast leads to many problems, such as headaches, migraines and infections, and lowers immunity.

Sedentary Lifestyle

By avoiding sedentary lifestyle does not mean covering ten thousand steps while going to washing room, office or college or doing any household chores on foot. Although it is good, it does not ensure doing enough exercises your body requires. So, you should spare at least 30 minutes for brisk walk daily in the morning or evening.
