What Coffee Myths Does Doctor Expose?
As per medical research, coffee is a good breakfast drink provided you take it with protein and healthy fats. But you should not take it on an empty stomach. The second question that arises is: Is it good for fatty liver? Yes, it is food for it but in moderation. It lowers fatty liver and fibrosis risk. The third question that arises is: Does it raise blood sugar? The answer to this question is negative. Plain coffee does not spike blood sugar. The fourth question that arises is: Is it good for belly fat or weight loss? The answer is affirmative. But it supports it indirectly. It can reduce appetite for short term and improve insulin sensitivity.

The fifth question that arises is: Does coffee raise cholesterol? Unfiltered coffee can raise LDL slightly. The sixth question that arises is: which is better and healthier—pressed or filtered? The ninth question that arises is: which is the best way to drink coffee? The best way to drink coffee is paper filtered, plain or with a splash of milk. You should avoid sugary syrups. The tenth question that arises is: how much to drink? You can drink 1-3 cups a day. The eleventh question that arises is: when to drink it? You should drink at least 6-8 hours before bedtime.
