Include Omega-3 and Omega 6 in food 

Omega 3 and 6 are fatty acids that work for the body and brain. They help in secreting hormones such as dopamine ,serotonin, which give us happiness. It is found in fish, walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts, leafy vegetables and eggs. 

Don’t stay away from carbohydrates 

Nowadays people are removing carbohydrates from their diet in the process of being lean. Which affects our brain. The brain needs carbohydrates to function correctly. So it is important to include fiber starch in your food. Carbohydrates are found in potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice etc. It gradually releases glucose. 

Pumpkin Seeds 

Pumpkin seeds contain nutrients like vitamin B and zinc. It also contains magnesium and omega-3. Do include it in your diet. 

Cinnamon 

Cinnamon has the properties of lowering cholesterol and makes the brain work faster. Cinnamon’s scent can boost memory in a task. A small human study suggests that merely smelling cinnamon can improve performance in several types of memory tasks.

Whole grains 

Definitely include whole grains in the food, like jowar, bajra, brown rice and wheat in your food in one way or the other. Also eat flaxseeds. Which is rich in fiber protein.
