Which Three Exercises Should You Do To Get Rid Of Knee Pain?

Control Your Weight:

Every one kilo weight of your body exerts the pressure of 4 kg on your knee.

Increase Blood Circulation In Your Knees

Keep your both hands on your waist. Now, taking breath, take you heels up and down one by one for 5-10 times. This will increase the blood circulation of your knees. Raise both heels up together, bring them down breathing out. As a result, your joints will become heated; blood circulation will intensify; and oxygen level will increase and stiffness will decrease. Joining both knees, breathe in and bend slowly and then breathing out, goes upward.   Do this exercises 10-20 times. If possible, stay in the downward posture for 10-15 seconds.

Massage

Third important thing is to knead or massage your knees with hot oil. Remember that your knees remains fit when there is no entry of air into them. You can use sesame oil or ghee for massaging your knees.
