All you need to do is add half spoon turmeric to glass of milk, add a pinch of black pepper, and some honey. Heat it and then drink it. It will boost your immunity and you will get better sleep. Not only it improves immunity but also cures joint pain, improves skin glow and helps fight cancer cells. If you have any allergy or taking any medicines, you must have a consultation with a doctor. You can also consume turmeric by mixing it in tea, or salads.
Amla
