This superfood is rich in protein and iron, which give strength to muscle bones and removes tiredness from the body. All you need to do is soak 50 gram black gram in water and eat in the morning on empty stomach by adding lemon juice and black salt to it.

Curd And Whey

They are very good source of calcium, relieves you of joint pains and makes you flexible. All you need to do is eat one bowl curd in your lunch. If you have gastric or phlegm problem, then take whey by adding cumin seeds and curry leaves to it.

Spinach

It is rich in iron, magnesium and vitamin k which relaxes nerves and improves blood circulation in the body. It is also helpful in the weakness and numbness of legs. All you need to do is eat 100 gram cooked spinach or drink a cup of spinach soup by mixing lemon juice and ginger to it

Fenugreek

These are small seeds and prove very effective for your health. It relieves you of arthritis, joint pains and stiffness in your legs. All you need to do is soak a spoon of fenugreek in water and drink this water and chew the seeds next morning.

Walnut

This dry fruit takes care of your nerves and mitigates swelling. All you need to do is take two walnuts and soak in water. Next day, eat them or mix them with Daliya to eat.

Jaggery

Garlic

It stimulates your blood circulation in your body and lessens pain in your body. All you need to do is eat one or two flakes of garlic on an empty stomach every morning, or you can also eat it with honey.
