Those who will not take the vaccine will be punished: Australia

Punishment is now being made in many countries against people who do not take the corona virus vaccine and it is being decided to impose lockdown in many countries. It has been said by the Austrian government that, very soon, the exit of those people inside the country can be banned, who have not taken the corona virus vaccine.

Austrian Chancellor Alexander Schellenberg said on Friday that Austria’s government may decide on Sunday to impose a lockdown on people who have not been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus. The Austrian government says that the cases of corona virus are increasing at a record level inside the country and those people are responsible for this, those who have not yet vaccinated against the corona virus, so there is a need to take action against such people. Although Austria’s Chancellor Schellenberg did not say when the lockdown would take effect, measures would be introduced to protect the two provinces most affected by this wave of infection, Upper Austria and Salzburg.

About 65 percent of Austria’s population has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, one of the lowest rates in Western Europe. According to the report, Austria is full of people who are apprehensive about the corona virus vaccines and are not taking the vaccine. Regarding which the third largest far-right Freedom Party in the country’s parliament has proposed a ‘lockdown’ for people who do not take the vaccine. Chancellor Alexander Schellenberg said, “Our objective is very clear that we have given the green signal this Sunday to impose a lockdown for those who do not get the corona virus vaccine”. However, he has not told how long the lockdown has been in effect.

Austria’s Chancellor Alexander Schellenberg said, “I don’t think it is wise to wait… We will take this step now and I wish we can do this on Sunday and for all nine provinces at the national level.” Schellenberg said on Thursday that people would face the same restrictions as the country’s three lockdowns last year. Schellenberg said that action should not be taken against people who have taken vaccine doses. At the same time, the country’s Health Minister Wolfgang Mueckstein said that it is mandatory for health workers in the country to get vaccinated.
